Now Lets Overthink This Together

Overthinking is something I continually face. I also notice many around me doing the very same. There was a point when I was overthinking something so much that I actually had to hold the edge of my desk and try to clear my head completely..just telling my mind voice to shhhh. It really did get to that breaking point.

Sometimes, I find it to be so beautiful. In a way, it allows me to analyze things and the process feels really interesting to me. In this particular painting, I chose to depict this sensation of thinking a LOT, and then choosing to take our minds deep underwater and swinging it around in a pattern. A thinking pattern. I also wanted to feel like I wasn't doing this alone, so I imagined many minds doing this together.
