Mind Movement

My mind in constant motion. Rolling and rotating thoughts, over-analyzing, imagining (one of my most favorites of course), interpreting, evaluating….basically confusing self with too many things going on and sometimes all at once. I’m sure you can relate. A few years ago, my mind was racing and was consumed by so many heavy thoughts that I consciously had to make a huge effort to take a step back and make some space for calm. ​
