When I attended Acting School back in my early twenties, we had a class called "Movement" that I absolutely cherished. It was a class that let me express myself both physically and emotionally by letting my soul take over the range of motion of my body. The exercises we did helped us release in a sense I had never before. A kind of liberation that took me into what felt like...the infinity.
